            I hired them to make repairs on my roof they accepted my money but will not provide me with photographs of work completed which is required by my home owners insurance company. They also stated they would send someone out to take pictures but that has not happened.

            *********** is running a scam, *********** is charge more them the agreed price for the work, The original agreement was to take pictures before installing roof and call me so that we can discuss price of the wood however, nobody call me. I called the ************** three times and spoke to the secretary, requesting that someone me at the job site to discuss how much wood they used on the roof repair, The job was completed without chowing me any evidence of wood damage. The cost of the job was $11,000.00...... I paid them $5000.00 up front and $6000.00 up completion of the job. I do not agreed to any additional charge of $1000.00 dollars. I would like the Company to stop the arrassment phone call to me immediately.

            Our company replaced this customer's roof in 2021. This customer was made aware of and signed a contract outlining what the additional costs for wood replacement would be in the event that wood had to be replaced. He had several conversations with the owner of our company before, during and after the roof replacement about the wood replacement. We submitted a final **** and it was refused by this customer, after a meeting with all parties a final price was agreed upon. The customer stated that he had intended to pay this amount on multiple occasions. We have called for the past few months to try and collect final payment on this account with the customer occasionally answering and ensuring us that we would receive payment. This is the first instance that we are aware of that this customer stated that he does not intend to pay this ****.
