            I was missing items from my order, so I contacted Radio Flyer, who manufactured the items, per Amazon. The woman I spoke to, although her tone was not negative, was very negative with her word choices. I was told multiple times that she would not help me because she couldn't prove that I had actually ordered the items. I even asked if I gave Amazon permission to let Radio Flyer look at my account to prove that I bought it. I'm even able to provide my receipt, which should be an easy way to prove I made the purchase. Now, not only do I have to take the loss of not having the items when I need them, I would have to pay more for them at the Radio Flyer website because I keep getting ping ponged around. I wish I had bought our wagon from another company, instead, as now I'm stuck without the custom made items tailored to the Radio Flyer wagon. This has been a frustrating headache of an experience!

            Their return policy is not fair business. If you have assembled it, you can not return their item even if it is within 30 days. You cannot disassemble it to return it. I assembled it to see if it worked for me without realizing they had this return policy, and it did not work. I dont know that any other company has this kind of return policy. Now I know to ALWAYS review a return policy prior to buying anything. How are you supposed to know if a product is what you need without trying it? No wonder this company has been in business for 100+ years. They make their money with this return policy. I attempted to return the product less than a week after purchasing and they will not let me return it.

Per our listed policy, returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging and unassembled. We offer a 45-day window for returns. Once a product has been assembled, it cannot be unassembled without damaging the product itself. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of ******************. Should a product not function as intended, we have a full one-year warranty policy to service your product and ensure it is working.
