              On 2/11/2024, my vehicle was towed by United Road Towing Service, and during the process, damage occurred to my vehicle. Following the incident, I diligently followed all the rules and procedures outlined by the towing company, both during and after filing the claim. Additionally, I ensured that the tow yard manager viewed and approved the claim before my vehicle was released from the tow yard.Despite my efforts, I have not received any response from United Road Towing Service regarding my claim, despite reaching out to them on three separate occasions. As a result, I am left with unresolved damage to my vehicle and a lack of accountability from the towing company.

              NEGATIVE STARS should be an option!! This company will assume NO responsibility for damage to your vehicle after towing it! My car was running fine until I drove it off the tow lot on 4/2/23. I ended up having to replace the rear differential at a cost in excess of $3600! I went through the process of filing a claim (which involved having to get 3 estimates!) and it took the company 2 months to even get back to me to let me know they were denying my claim, stating "the damage reported was not the result of any action on the part of our company personnel." I then filed an appeal and they took FOUR MONTHS to let me know they are still denying my claim. UNBELIEVABLE!! Again, my vehicle was running just fine UNTIL THEY TOWED IT!! I am LIVID!! This company is definitely in bed with the *************** in regards to ensuring they scam people out of money! They should be ashamed of themselves. I'm considering legal action.
