            Paid for parking at CTA parking lot for daily parking. Was illegally towed and made to pay to have my vehicle returned even after showing receipt for paid parking. This is an unscrupulous company that has been found liable for consumer fraud as recently as this past year and yet are able to continue conducting business.

            They towed my car by accident & told me to come pick it upfree of charge.I rent out my ************** it in the *** park n ride. When my guest got to the parking lot, the vehicle was not there so she called ****** checked the ***************** was at A1 towing. Long story short I sent them the emails showing they wrongfully towing my *************** 1st response to me was just come & get ******* will waive the towing fee. I got heated. I finally got to a manager *********** kept pushing back saying they use a sister company to **************** did not show a parking pass for my license plate. They finally returned the vehicle about two hours later, but my guest canceled the reservation for the rental by then. I lost $602.13 because A1 Towing made a mistake & tried hard to make it sound like were losing out & they were helping me out by returning the vehicle. Next time Im reporting the vehicle stolen with the police. Next time Im going to ****
