      I purchased three tickets to April 7th ****** Cup race at ************ ** on March 7th, 2024. The listing was for Section: **************** P Row: 66, but did not list a specific seat. We chose Section: **************** P Row: 66 for medical reasons. We were assigned seats on March 21, 2024 which I assumed were correct. On April ***** went to print tickets and they were for Section: **************** P Row: 6, not the purchased row 66. A screenshot of the order iscattached. I called Vivid immediately and they told me they would have someone get back to me that day, but they never did. They had offered a refund but I told them as a last resort I would accept a refund, but would rather have the seats we paid for. Again, they never did either. We were unable to use those seats and had to aquire seats we could use. On Monday April 8th I spoke to customer service, explained the situation and was told a refund would be issued within 3 days. A screenshot is attached. After not receiving the refund I callled today, Thursday April 11th and was told they were not going to issue a refund after the event. I was already told that it would be refunded.

      We understand its frustrating that you cant cancel your order after the wrong date was selected, *****. We want our fans to be informed so we state in our FAQ and at checkout that all sales are final. Because all sales are final, we also provide a summary of whats about to be purchased so fans can ensure the order is correct before finalizing it. However, a search for the term fan selling should bring up sites where you can resell your tickets.
