            As like many of the reviews, I am experiencing a similar situation in which my teacher is threatening to fail me and keep all of my money. I sent off the record emails asking if my revisions were okay to resubmit, looking for feedback. Then today, he states that these informal emails count as resubmissions and I have one more chance. His emails and instructions are unclear and I am teaching myself by reading the textbook. I will be hiring an attorney to pursue my refund since I come from a family of attorneys. I would like a refund and to cut ties with this shady company, however, as noted in their responses they do not offer full refunds.

            I paid $500 to attend a course. I canceled the day of purchase and was not refunded my money. I never attended the class either since I canceled. I called about receiving a refund and they declined it. ***** disappointed in the company and the attitude of the employees. It just doesn't seem fair to charge so much money and then return none of it if you cancel the class. I paid for the service but was provided no course, I feel robbed completely. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

            In order to complete her purchase and enrollment, this student agreed to our ******************* which includes the cancellation, transfer and refund policies. She was issued a partial refund of $122.41 on April 20, 2023, in line with, and as outlined in, our terms - Student will receive 25% of the amount paid to ITA if Student withdraws or cancels between **** days before the start date of the earliest course for which Student has enrolled. She is not owed any further refund.
