Shameful sales tactics: We had an aunt die 5 months ago and today we received a letter in the mail with a sticker on it saying "WARNING - OPENING THIS PACKAGE WILL CAUSE EXTREME HAPPINESS". The outside of the envelope was made it look like it was a personal letter and no references to any business of any kind were on the outside of the packet. When we opened the plastic envelope there was a computer generated letter offering condolences and offering to sell her place. Our aunt lived in an APARTMENT in ******* and we live in GA and yet they were able to harvest data from court records and they feel it is fine to use misleading and deceptive tactics and feel that it is actually okay to attempt to prey on the surviving family members after a loved one dies? What kind of business is so desperate that they have to generate sales by feeding off of the death of others? This is a horrible advertising tactic and shows no feelings for other people. The dead woman didn't even own any houses - but this company did not bother checking on that. Instead, they just decided to send out misleading letters to try and make a profit off of a tragic situation. How is this "extreme happiness"?I hope people see this review to realize just what kind of company this is. This is beyond low-class and is disgusting attempt to take advantage of disasters. This is a really tasteless and shameful sales tactic and it shows me just how untrustworthy this agent is.I left a review on ******** and he did not even respond. Instead, he just blocked my account. This should serve as another example of the lack of quality of this agent.
