            Like others have stated, this management company has become practically unreachable and grossly negligent when it comes to responding to owner-initiated communications in the last couple of years - unless an issue arises to a level that the city's building code enforcement department needs to be made aware of the violation or the police department is contacted. Messages left for the assigned property manager on their voicemail or submitted directly online via the owners' portal are never responded to. In fact, there is not even a "sent" history folder showing any record of communications you have submitted to them under the contact management form. Whether this omission is by software design or an admin config. setting doesn't matter. The end result is the same. If you want any chance of getting this management company to respond to you in a timely and attentive manner, the most effective way is by using the 2 options described at the outset - which is really sad and unfortunate.
