I moved to *************** in 2015 I have paid my HOA's faithfully. Since moving here. I have asked for 3 things To be resolved. 1. Blue ****** Algae be Power-washed off My siding. Only to be told no $ to do & threatened by then ( *******? pres) to raise my HOA fees?2 I have a very large tree outside my Townhouse & unfortunately on HOA's side of sidewalk--All others are trimmed & cared for by Shorewood Municipal. I contacted HIA @ 3 yrs ago when huge branch fell on my son's Mustang Sending *************** once I realized that HOA was not going to trim tree branches I've written current HOA Pres ********************************* multiple ************ picture most recently of a 6'+ branch that fell. Yet his response was I have a 2 car garage? Yet most neighbors park in driveway--I actually was doing Furniture flipping to try to earn extra $ since on disability. I'm constantly picking up large branches & removing them to avoid tire damage. I love the ************ why I keep asking they send a professional to evaluate why so many branches falling off & I assume because not being trimmed properly. Since I've written multiple letters to head of HOA ********************* McGill Management out of Arlington. With no help whatsoever despite the tree is their responsibility. In addition they hired a horrible Snow Removal /Landscaping business. And he had the landscapers cut off 1 branch as if that would solve the Trees issues. Thankfully I plan to move within 3-5 yrs as my disabilities do not allow Snow removal, deck panting etc.. yet I have been forced to do since obviously sub par & cheap ** hired . All I've been asking since large branches keep falling is that a professional tree trimmer come out to evaluate & trim tree so I can safely park or have friends over without fear of their cars being damaged . I can no longer work with HOA Pres ********************* and would like contact above him who hopefully cares Sincerely *************************

We apologize for the frustration but this is not something McGill Management has any authority to take care of. ********************************* is the Community Manager that only provides the ***** of ********* at your association with your concerns and they vote and decide what actions they will take at the board meetings or on these types of requests have the manager (*****) respond on their behalf whether they will approve the additional association expense. ***** has sent all your communications to the ***** and at this time the ***** does not believe the tree needs any further trimming. With regard to the contractors for Snow / Landscape that as well is a decision of the ***** on who they will hire to work within the community. To address the ***** of ********* (those with authority to make decisions surrounding your concerns) you should attend the upcoming board meeting on Wednesday, May 18th at 6:30 PM at the *************************.
