      only leaving one star since thats the only way Im able to write a review. This company is not worthy of any stars and should be given an F. MC Property is extremely unprofessional, and very discriminating. especially to those that are elder and have disabilities. They do not follow up in a timely manner when it comes to emergency situations. I have been dealing with a plumbing issue for over two months and still waiting on numerous responses one for even the common area to get Cleaned the proper way, not just surface cleaning since it was sewage back up and even the surface cleaning took almost a week to get taken care of. The association dues consistently increases yet the maintenance of the buildings are not being taken care of in a professional manner and communication is horrible and they are Very dishonest and unaccountable.

Following the initial plumbing backup incident on February 27th, our team promptly engaged Power Plumbing to address the issue. Subsequent assessments and repairs were undertaken in consultation with the Board, ensuring that necessary actions were approved in a timely manner. Following a thorough review of the incidents within your unit it was confirmed emergency action allowed by us, the management company, was taken immediately. We understand your frustration regarding the multiple incidents and the inconvenience caused by the repairs. Plumbing issues can be difficult for all homeowners. Please know that we strive to minimize disruptions while ensuring that necessary repairs are carried out to maintain the safety and functionality of the property.Regarding your concerns about the cleanliness of the common areas following the sewage backup, we apologize this matter was not completed to your satisfaction. We acknowledge the importance of thorough cleaning in such situations and will review the vendors procedures to ensure a more efficient response in the future. As for the question of responsibility for flooring repairs, it is our understanding, as confirmed by legal counsel, that the association is not liable for repairs to individual units unless negligence on the part of the association is established. We regret any misunderstanding or inconvenience caused by this decision.We appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout this process and regret that we were unable to meet your expectations in this instance.       Racist, unprofessional , money hungry business., fails to maintain property but add ridiculous fines and fees time and time again with no explanation to what I am paying - separate roof assessment balcony assessment etc for work that was done cheaply !!!!! horrible service to deal with -moving soon a one star review is too much credit

      My first porch is chipping and cracking, which is leading to structural damage to my unit (For example, cracked bricks that are a sign of foundation problems). I recently requested an update on repairs to my front porch. I have not received repairs in 15 years; thus the problem is getting worse!! Below please find the associations response. "We definitely won't be replacing porches this year. We have no plans in the near future to replace porches due to budget constraints. If we do replace porches, it will have to be with a special assessment. We don't have enough money in reserves or in our operating account to pay for all the porches that *** need replacing. In the future we *** be able to replace some of the porches that are in dire need. If the home owner doesn't want to wait, she is free to use the engineering study to replace her porch at her expense".Below please find the average cost of repairs:Porch repair almost always involves rotting material. Speak to your contractors about sealing and staining your porch. Try to ensure this service is included in your final ****. Sealing can cost between $1-$7 per square foot, or total $500-$1,100, depending on the type and quality of products being used.In closing, within the bylaws, the lot and exterior of the buildings should be maintained by the *** which takes care of everything on the outside of the structure (roofs, painting, exterior improvements and irrigation). So, if the referenced response indicated that I would be reimbursed for repairs, the response would be acceptable. However, to state: "She is free to use the engineering study to replace her porch at her expense". Is unacceptable!!
