Please, please, please, DO NOT rent from ****! Renting from her is a nightmare. Your maintenance issues will not be addressed unless you threaten to take rent away. She will give me the run-around and keep telling you it will be fixed soon. It won't.**** has been sued numerous times by previous tenants for her bad behavior -- go ahead and look her name up in the ******* County court records database if you don't believe me. One of her rental properties was flagged by the ***************** for, among other things, mold growing on the walls, a building code violation. To take accountability away from herself, she accused city officials of being sexist, calling them "a boys club." Perhaps most damningly, it was alleged in a lawsuit that she STALKED one of her former tenants after he spoke out about the terrible conditions they lived in that she refused to address. I fear the same may happen to me for writing this review, but if posting it keeps even ONE person from renting from **************, it will be worth the risk to my safety.Mary's reputation is so poor she has had to change the name of her business. Until a couple of years ago, she operated under the name Advantage Plus. Now, she operates under the name **************. Whatever name she uses, PLEASE do not give ******************* a dime. Find another landlord in ******* County -- it would be hard to do worse.
