    I was charged an early termination fee without asking to be terminated from the provided services. I spoke with the company and was told that I would receive a refund for the $500 early termination fee as my service was not terminated. I was told that they took it upon themselves to terminate because my business is struggling and I have not had a payment to process through their service. They then charged me another $500 early termination fee before I have even received a refund for the first fee. They have been very rude and changed their story many times and basically keep hanging up on me. I am still paying them a monthly fee for their service as well even though they said they was canceling my service they still haven't. There is nothing in any paperwork I was provided stating that if you struggle in your business that you will be punished by being charged $1000.

    Their door to door salesperson mislead ** on several levels. Keep an eye on your monthly statements for any additional fees that come up after youve signed up, like a $30 paper restocking. Also, make them print out any and all contracts vs. using thier iPad to sign contracts. Example, we were told we were purchasing the equipment on a two year purchase plan that could be either purchased for $1800 or ended anytime without any cancellation fees and it was actually a 4 year lease that you have to pay a cancellation fee.You also have to mail a letter to thier main office to cancel the service.Regarding the CC fees, they started at ****% fee and within a year, they went to ****%.

    Our account rep would never mislead anyone on any level. Your pricing was never changed in the almost two years we processed your business is exactly why we send monthly statements. In addition you received hard copies of your merchant processing agreement. We do not have any restocking fees there is a ***** merchant club and warranty on all are hardware and free paper which at only ***** as been are price for many many years and we never ever increased it even after covid for instance a case at Staple's cost 72.99. As for the hardware it is a 48 month subscription. Regarding the CC fees, they have been consistent 2.6 to 3.3% and that is only on account of the difference between credit vs debit transactions. as far as closing your account yes we need a cancellation letter.
