    I called my home **************** AHS( American Home Shield), due to having a stoppage issue in my Mainline. 4/27 Patels plumbing was assigned to me through AHS. They never communicated showed on 5/2 at like 6pm at night , with a Rod machine rented from *********** Used over 40ft of rod and have it stuck in my sewage mainline. Lying stating they never stuck the rod in there and never fixed the issue. My back yard is flowing with sewage all into my neighbors yard. I contacted Patels Plumbing and was told, to call the city. This company will not correct the issue and will not return my calls.

    I was unfortunately assigned them through a home warranty company. When I first called to schedule the appointment, I told them anytime after 12pm would work. I was trying to schedule around my downstairs neighbor since my leak was causing damage to his ceiling, and after 12pm is when the ceiling would be opened and the leak would be accessible through it. I was told they had 2-6pm open so I agreed to that time frame. On the day of the appointment, I got a call asking if they could come at 11:30. I said no and asked if we could keep the original time. That is when they said that they had me scheduled for ****pm. I told them that would not work and that the appointment I was given when I called them was 2-6pm. They showed up at 2 and were very passive aggressive about the time slot, asking me why I couldn't have them come at 12pm and saying that if I had been available at 12pm they might have been able to fix the issue that day. Again, I was told my appointment was 2-6pm, so it doesn't matter why I wasn't available at 12pm. If 2-6pm was not a good time slot for them, then they should not have scheduled me for 2-6m.I also told the receptionist and the plumber that my downstairs neighbor was having water mitigation people working on the ceiling. When the plumber got to my unit he immediately turned the shower on and water started dripping into the space the water mitigation people were working on, not giving them time to get a bucket or pan for the dripping water. The plumber went to my neighbors unit to determine which part of my shower was leaking and when he came back to my unit, he was annoyed with me and acted as if I hadn't told him people were working. Again, I told him and the receptionist when I made the appointment, there was no reason they wouldn't have known.
