OG Plumbing replaced our leaking lead water line with a new copper line. We signed the contract on a Friday and they were here on Monday. They completed the job in 3 days! They were minimally invasive to the property. You couldn't even tell they were here when they were done because they did such a great job cleaning up after themselves. As **** mentioned below, they are one of the few companies that will replace lead water lines. They also offered the most competitive bid. I highly recommend them.Review from Doug C

We had a great experience with **. They replaced our lead service line quickly and very efficiently. Quote was turned around quickly and water service line was installed less than three weeks after we signed the contract. They were one of the few plumbing companies willing to take on the job. Many local plumbers claim that they replace water lines, but most end up hiring Og to do the work. Highly recommend them!Review from Sam D

Highly recommend!! We hired ****************, and the team to upsize the water service to our 4-unit building from 1" lead to 1.5" copper and install a meter vault. We quoted the job out to several plumbers, and OG came back with the lowest bid and best lead time. Other plumbers were saying it'd be 2+ months to get a water service permit. OG got us a permit in 1 week and completed the job within 4 days. They were a pleasure to work with and made the process very smooth. Will definitely be calling them again for any future needs.Review from Lois G

The water supply pipe leading into my building was leaking badly and needed to be replaced from the water meter inside the building to the shut-off outside. As the building is in an area of the city with vaulted sidewalks it is a deep dig, Because of the work involved a permit was required and OG Plumbing quickly expedited it's acquisition. The crew and equipment arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and put up the proper safety markers and began. ***** and ****** worked efficiently and effectively to unearth the pipe which was about 8 feet down, the hole was secured against cave in, The new waterline was installed (no leaks) and the holes inside and out were backfilled with gravel and new concrete poured AND protected against accidental pedestrian damage. The job was done in a highly professional manner at the price quoted. I could not be happier.Review from Brad B

Awful. They double charged for labor then claimed it was bc they sent someone to go get the pipe valve from hardware store BEFORE they ever came out to see the problem. They charged cost of materials, plus 10% which is fine, but $150 to go to ********** and buy 1 pipe valve? Then after paying and then cashing my check they called claiming I didnt pay and threatened to remove the valve. Avoid at all costs!!!
