We just had our annual HVAC inspection. The professional service person was cordial and very pleasant. He answered all the questions that we had. He also gave us some helpful insights on how this year's inspection compared to last year's. He was efficient. The hot water heater in our new home was installed by Amy home services almost 13 years ago. It was still chugging along for a while until recently. I made a call on a Thursday and ********** came out the same day to look at my hot water heater. He was the same guy who installed the hot water heater 13 years ago. They were able to give me an excellent price and install the hot water heater the very next morning. It has been almost a month now and I have had no problems. The installation was quick and went very well. We couldnt be happier.Review from Kim Y
