            I requested a transparency report by email on 11/30. I emailed back twice asking for the status and was told it could take up to 30 days. I contacted someone again on 1/29, and was told it was just then going to be worked on because they are short staffed and it could be another 30 days. I should have received this report 30 business days from 11/30. It is now 2/27 and I still havent received the report. For a company that advertises this service, they seem terrible at fulfilling promises in an appropriate amount of time.

            Wasnt transparent about what was covered and wouldnt respond to my emails to cancel. I tried to call and cancel but they said I need to Email, but they wouldnt respond.so I had to spend $30 just to block them from Charging me again. Stay far away. I got it through ****** and thought Id be protected. Sadly mistaken.
