I Have been trying desperately to contact the ******************* of this company to no avail. It is the worst customer service I have ever seen. The individual who I guess is in charge, apparently is getting some kind of kick out of playing games with me and not answering my question about why I cannot locate the type of Cats Pride Cat Litter I want. I was so clear, from the very first, on the online form I filled out probably a month and a half ago when I had stated what I wanted. Never received a reply to that online form. Then I emailed. No response. I tried to call. Got a voice mail. I **** recall if I had left a message but certainly no one picked up. Finally replied to another email attempt, completely confused about what i wanted. I told him three times at least what I was looking for. Just awful. Just repeatedly ignores my email. It is like he is being spiteful at this point. There is no reason for this unless it is deliberate and I fully believe it is. How dare they do this to a customer. I want management to contact me from this company. Corporate. Not this person .I will not speak to him if he did call me at this point.
