Very dissatisfied. Sloppy specks all over my decorative brick, pavement, *****, etc. Smears on my windows. Windows painted shut. Specks on my copper awning and copper gutter. After I complained, owner came back and did a cursory cleaning with Goof Off. Not effective. And then, after he leaves, I see DENTS on my aluminum siding from an extension ladder. I could go on and on. Not professional at all in my opinion.

Our painters are very respectful of property, that is why we use mitts on all our ladders so they don't leave dents. In response to *********************** complaint to us, we sent our men out to clean and touch-up where necessary. It was obvious to them that some spots were from an old oil based paint job, so they cleaned anything that was from the current job. After *********************** 2nd complaint, the owner, Don *********************** went to rectify the situation. Having owned the business for 38 years, he no longer works in the field. Nevertheless, he cleaned spots that were from previous oil based paint job, he unstuck windows which were previously painted shut, and even installed windows and screens that the client had removed - just to help her out. After he unstuck windows, he offered to paint the interior of the ***** and ******************* said no thank you. When he left, the client said she was satisfied. Our reputation is very important to us and the vast majority of our 5 star reviews speak for themselves.
