Contract signed with Seasonal Landscape for new patio on April 20, 2023. Amount paid is $41,622.22 minus $3077.67 for the final payment which, we have informed that we will not pay until work is complete. We have additionally been charged 1.5% late fee in July, twice in August, and once in September, which we would like removed as we are still waiting for the completion of the project as per our contract. Driveway was damaged during work. Contract states driveway use "if necessary". This was not necessary as there is a side yard that was to be used from the street to the backyard where work was performed. Owner of company and team were asked to stop using driveway repeatedly as it was new and still settling per emails, texts, phonecalls, and in person meetings. Skidloader and pallets of stone were parked on driveway for a long weekend. At no point in the contract does it state that heavy machinery and pallets would be stored on driveway. There are multiple areas of sunken asphalt which now collect water. Areas are clearly from use of skidloader and pallet placement. Multiple pictures taken. Seasonal has fixed one area, but per emails from owner, refuses to fix the remaining areas. We are looking to have all areas repaired and driveway restored. Additionally, footings were placed in incorrect location in backyard. This was identified by us (owners) and relayed to team. Footings were moved again to incorrect location. Identified by us and relayed again to team. Final footings were placed and covered with patio stone before having village approval. Sinking areas in patio. We would like to have everything fixed from a trusted company on our end and reimbursed for all costs.
