              -Dates: 5/25, 6/2, 7/26 -Amount paid to date: $5,088.78 -RMS committed to moving us out of **************** into their storage facility at **** ******************** on 5/25. Then to moving us from their facility to our new home at 706 W. Dorset.-The dispute began 5/25 when they were unable to complete my move out of ****. They had do return 6/2 to complete a job they hadn't finished the week before and charged me top dollar. Including all the fees from the original move that had already been paid. On 7/26 they returned with MOST OF my property and nearly every item they move was either damaged or completely ruined in some way.-RMS has done little to resolve this issue.- I have copies of invoices and BOLs if you need - We are currently missing a $700 Sonos Soundbar

              I only gave one star because it's required to give one! This company is a fraud. I called to schedule a move and I was told for the little things that I had my estimate was $500, I paid my $50 deposit and was then sent an invoice the next day once I read it, I saw that I was being charged $650 instead. I called back to figure out why and the dumb a** told me the $500 was only an "estimate". I then canceled the service because now I don't want to deal with you because you are a liar, I don't need you messing my s*** up or taking all day trying to charge me over the price you tried to force me to pay! Jue 25, 2022 it was canceled, and I was told that my deposit of $50 would be refunded, it is now August 3, 2022, and I have not received it and now I cannot get in contact with anyone at the *** company!!
