      I purchased a extended warranty thru ****** in 2019. When it expired I repurchased another extended warranty thru ****** in 08/2022 (Policy # V1064610). Several months into the extended warranty I noticed that I was given the wrong Policy. It didn't match the milage of my ****** Pathfinder. Then I was assigned another Policy 07/2023 Policy # V13150737. I was told by ******* who sold me the warranty that the old one would be cancelled. When I was going over my paper work for my taxes, I noticed that I was being charged for 2 warranties. My wife and I went back to the ****** Dealership on 12/29/23 and ******* said that she would tell her manager and it will be taken care of. Several days went by with no communication. My wife and I went back up there on Jan.1, **** and spoke to *******************(Service Manager). He appologized and said he will call the corporate off while we wait. He spoke with ********************* in accounts receivable and said that ther was nothing that he can do because the warranty clerk failed to send in the cancellation request form. (She was nolonger employed with ******). I explained to them that that was an error on the clerk and not me as the consumer. They were charging 2 of my credit cards every month. One on the 10th of each month in the amount of $145.11 and the other on the 12th in the amount of $120.02. I am asking for $1,440.02 to be refunded to me that they have been charging for the cancelled policy.(Policy # V1064610). My wife and I have been doing business with this business for several years and we don't deserve to be treated this way after we have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with their business. This is outrageous to say the least as well as very disrespectful.

      worst customer service. They will not call to let you know that you have a late fee instead they want to collect as much money as they can. If there was a zero star I would pick instead of a 1 star.
