I had hired Emerald Landscaping last fall (2022) to landscape my front yard. Dealt with a ***** who did the job. I was suppose to have a tree planted with the work and the crew missed two other plants but at that time of the year the proper size tree was not available so we agreed that he would back that cost out and they would do it next year for the cost backed out. So it's the start of the summer 2023. I called Emerald to schedule the work and I got a *****. I asked for ***** and he informed me that ***** was just watching the company while ***** was going through a divorce and was no longer with Emerald. So I explained the project and sent him the invoice and notes on the project. ***** really didn't know what was going on and said he would get back to me. After couple of weeks he never called back and I called him again. He still did not know what was going on and started into a store of **** committing fraud and he was trying to settle things and said he would call me back. In the meanwhile I can see two other plants did not survive the Winter and they were under warranty by Emerald. By now I had call ***** a few times trying to get him to finish the work. He only called back once again confused and said he would call back. That was the last I ever heard from him even after I called him a few more times. I don't know the whole story here on what's going on with him and his supposed company but it all seems very shady and the simple fact is he did not honor his warranty nor finished the job his company committed to. I consider this a very poor way to treat your customer and highly recommend finding some one more reparable to do your work. I do not recommend Emerald and am sorry I used them.
