            So i purchased a charm and wanted it engraved with my brother birthday because he passed away in 2015. I requested ****** 05.27.67 to be engraved so my mom would have it. My brother passed away and I really wanted her to have this charm but unfortunately it wasnt done smh so disappointed and now I must go find somewhere to have it done correctly and have to pay for it. Whats the use in me paying extra for engraving and its not done, because Im unable to return and I cant get a refund, whats the use in me keeping it if its not done the way I wanted it to be and then i was told to go somewhere and have it engraved which most likely i"ll have to pay. I either want them to fix the problem or refund me my money thanks

            Give one star for customer service. I ordered payed for did not receive cause of mailing wanted the item I was told it was being returned no fault of mine didn't get a full refund they just refund me for the item not for shipping cost or what I paid in taxes....The customer service person said I would I Was Not...... They just gave me a 10 percent code for my next purchase that's a joke!!! I Want My Money..... Buyer Beware............
