            My son was hit pulling into our driveway - another car hit the car that hit my son. There was over $1500 damage to my son's car (with the possibility of more underneath). When dealing with the insurance company - they never returned my calls. When they finally did they said that we needed to get the car repaired at their garage. When I researched the garage I found so many complaints about horrible service and shoddy work - it had a complaint that their car was never finished. I brought this up to her - as my son's car was fairly new and had never been in an accident. She said oh well - pay for it yourself. I couldn't believe it. She said that they would get back the deductible as it was not my son's fault. It is now 8 months later and she still does not return my calls. Horrible company..................Cannot believe this is what we pay for monthly. Insurance is nothing but a scam to put money in the insurance companies pockets.

            Just take the money and dont help AT ALL. I was hit twice in two different occasions and they didnt want to help me. Now Ive received letters saying my license and plate are going to be invalid if I dont pay for damages(even if I didnt hit) and they have not done ANYTHING. I payed you to cover me & help in case of any accidents. DO SO.
