I submitted a claim on 12/29. I was told for the past 6 weeks that they are waiting for the accident report and to speak with their insured. Now the adjuster is not responding to my emails or voice messages. I've also left messages for a manager in which I have received no call back. It's been over 6 weeks I just want to get my vehicle repaired. The lack of response is very unprofessional.Stonegate Insurance Company Response

My friend and I have been waiting to get his car repaired since 10/31 of last year.. all you guys have done is given us the runaround. Good faith law states you were supposed to give us a response in 40 days and its been literally three and a half months since the accident that we have been waiting.Stonegate Insurance Company Response

Stonegate insurance is the worst insurance company in *******. I was hit by one of their insured customers on 12/05/2023 and to this day my car isn't fixed and I can't get in touch with them. I put my car in the shop on 01/15/2024 and ************************* needs them to approve the damage and they will not respond. Plus they didn't want to pay for the car rental. I hate this company. Stone gate so far has the worst costumer service and adjusters. Their client dropped a car that it was towing leading to my cars being hit in front of my house. The tow truck never came back for the car that it dropped. Luckily we were able to obtain all their info do to it being a tow truck company. However stonegate is stating it's costumer is saying they only let someone ****** their name and even though their costumer knew the culprit they would not cooperate and give more info. I have no longer heard anything from anyone and one of my car has been in the lot leading to thousands to pay that I don't have. I'm so upset and don't know what to do. We have videos, police report and even statement from owner of the car that was dropped and it's insurance it was them. Smh I just can't believe this. We tried calling multiple times the adjuster and he always seems to be out or just vm after vm.Stonegate Insurance Company Response

I was involved in an accident 6/14/23. After being assured on several occasions I would be taken care of, my claims adjuster has stopped responding. They were supposed to pick my vehicle up 2 Mondays ago. I have yet to hear anything back. I have been waiting 3 weeks for the so called adjuster to call me back regarding one of their insured drivers who hit my car. I dont know who is in charge of this joke of an establishment but you clearly need better employees who actually answer the phone and provide the service in which youre paid for. This should not be this hard. You should be calling ME. Not me calling you every day and not you not answering.Stonegate Insurance Company Response

Stonegate insurance witch works under Unique insurence name to ,are horrible insurance my car was hit ,i got assigned agestor who is not reacheble at all,we cant get rental car we get get paid for towing nothing at all.Stonegate Insurance Company Response

In March 2022, Stonegate ******* began writing personal lines homeowners and dwelling business in ** and MS it should be noted that the negative reviews do not reflect the way the program administrators operate its personal lines homeowners/dwelling business. Current reviews are associated with auto insureds and does not apply to homeowners/dwelling insureds. Program administrators i.e. MGA's have TPA (claims administrators) handling claims that do not reflect prior reviews. You should know going forward that homeowner and dwelling fire claims will be handled with upmost efficiency in the States of ** and MS. I recommend this company ****************
