Group Administrators has been the most difficult company to deal with. Initially they had been paying claims but then they only did so when employees had to reach out to the office and they had to contact the insurance broker to contact group administrators to request that they pay claims. Every time I would call customer service they would tell me that my employer must release payment however when I contacted the employer they were not aware that they needed to release payments. The customer service department was not clear on what exactly this month but they stayed at this for many months. Then customer service began to state that the employer has not paid them in months however the employer has provided payment information for all invoices supplied to them by Group Administrators. The president doesn't seem to want to acknowledge that he has indeed received payment and unfortunately the employers suffer for this as he is refusing to pay any more claims. Even though the employer has provided proof that they had paid all invoices submitted to them by Group Administrators. They have not paid any claims for employees since the first week of April 2023. Now employees are in collections with providers due to non-payment by Group Administrators.
