I first ordered from Zoro in about 2018. Immediately, I started getting spam emails. I asked it to stop, and it eventually did. Same act repeated in February, 2024, and twice in August, 2024. Ordering from Zoro will sign you up for spam. There is no "opt-out" option, and the unsubscribe link it includes in its spam doesn't work. It then takes a week or more to get unsubscribed. As for its sales practices, even when products are clearly described wrong and returned for that reason, you do not get credited for the shipping. I order from Zoro only when I cannot find a branded product elsewhere. Never trust its descriptions of unbranded products.Review from David W

Total scam! They offer up a significant discount and after nearly a month do not deliver. This is after contacting their horrible customer service to find out why three weeks after placing my order and it has not shipped.Review from Jeffrey S

In spite of now 3 ****** Reviews and 4 filings with the Better Business Bureau, once this company gets ahold of your information, they will use it against your wishes repeatedly and relentlessly. They won't even ***** a request to be removed from their mailing list. You need to decide whether or not this is the direction you want marketing in today's world to be going before you patronize this undignified and disrespectful company.Review from William T

The web site claims easy returns. Returns are not easy. I had to email requesting they open a case, I did, the response was the will get back in 24 to 48 hours. They didnt get back, 7 days later I had to call. Then they requested pictures of the item. Not an easy process! They sent the wrong item!Review from Caterina U

I ordered a blow drier with a credit card I never use. 5 minutes after ordering I got an alert that my card was used fraudulently and they declined the purchase. This company is a scam. I would not recommended. Im trying to contact them about my purchase and I cant get anyone to answer.Review from Andrew B

If I could give this company zero, I would. This was my first and last time ordering from this company I placed an order for a 25 pound bag of corn starch. A few days later I received a box of 200 count 10 pans. I immediately called their customer service line about the mix up and was lied to and reassured that a replacement package was being shipped out that same day. I called two days later to follow up on the new shipment when I was told that it hadn't gone out and in order for it to go out I would have to send pictures of what I received. That wouldn't have been a problem had I been told that during the first phone call. Be cautious when ordering through this company! You have been warned.Review from Joel S

Had never heard of them before ordering from them and I was hesitant. I wanted to order a few thousand $$ of electrical equipment for my RV. At the end of the day, I went ahead with the order and have placed a total of 3 orders with them now in the past 5 months. The longest I've ever had to wait for them to ship my order is the same business day. They send me 20% off coupons almost weekly now in the mail and their prices on this equipment was the best I had seen, so the extra coupon codes have come in handy.Will definitely be doing business again with them in the future!
