Im requesting immediate help and full refund I was a hotel guest c Whitehall ******* hotel I booked on your website as I am a long standing member my check out is Tuesday. I am having a horrific, unsanitary and terrible stay at your hotel. I asked for new sheets and shockingly uncovered the nastiest mattress I have been sleeping on my entire pre-paid stay $557.45 plus $200 for parking. night parking. This hotel made me sick sleeping in unsanitary diseased conditions. I had to extend my trip due to my illness.I was moved to another room but this doesnt make up for my experiences at all and unknowingly sleeping on a "contaminated bodily fluids and what appears to be blood stains on the mattress. They covered this with sheets and a mattress pad. I had slept on the bed contamination for at 3 nights and became sick. They then transferred me to suite which was unclean room as well. The new suite room had soiled carpeting, large holes in the drapes, and shades room the paint visibly peeling on ceiling, holes in drapes.Front office manager was unprofessional, rude, unkind and aggressive flatly stating the hotel experience was my fault and how she didnt need to see any of my pictures of the room.I asked for the corporate number and its disconnect which I am certain ****** front desk manager already knew when she provided it.
