            The issues with AWE and their service failures on my Daikin ** unit date back to 2017. I was mislead into signing up for their "MVP" service under the false pretenses that my ** / Furnace would only (emphasis) be under warranty if I was an MVP member. With said MVP service you are given two tune-*** per year. While I have never had issues with my service technician on my furnace, I have experienced 3 service failures within ***** hrs AFTER our ** technician paid us a visit (2017, 2019, 2021). The most recent has already cost me $299 and after they sent a SUPERVISOR (****) out to my residence on Monday 9/20 I was told there is a coolant leak (never before mentioned) and that my coolant is low (again, never mentioned). The most recent technician failure on 8/17 lead to short cycling of the ** unit and an emergency technician finally came back on 9/12. Per ****, that technician fried some electrical board (he was on the phone with him) which I can only assume exacerbated the need fo
