            I bought a air conditioner I in 2020, it cost me $5000 plus the cleaning of my vents, they never clean the vents and they connected the air conditioner incorrectly I called them several time because it blew out the thermostat and it started smoking. I call for them to repair it and they never didI had to hire another company, so I was out of $5000 and. Hadto pay the other company to straight out they mess. I really want my money and will take them to court.

            We took a chance on a no-name company mainly because they offered us a good price on a new furnace and air-conditioning unit. They said it was too cold outside to put the base under the air conditioner outside and then when he got warm enough they said they had none in stock so two years later we still dont have the base under the air conditioner and now my heat is not working properly. I set the temperature to 75 but it would not go over 60 in my house and its very cold.
