            GW Jones was contracted by our home warranty company to repair our AC unit that was not working. GW Jones was assigned to our case and made their first to inspect the unit on 6/14. They diagnosed the issue and as the part was covered under our unit's warranty, they indicated as such and said they were waiting for the part to arrive. It arrived and they scheduled an appointment to complete the repair on Monday, July 5. I received a text message Sunday evening that they had to cancel the appointment and reschedule for Tuesday, July 6. At the conclusion of the appointment, the technician indicated that the unit was still not working even after the part was installed. He said another part had to be ordered and we would get a call back. After a week, no call was received and now they are claiming they left the unit in working order. It has never worked in the month since they were assigned to this case.
