    Date 4-5-20/22 In 2018 I had an airflow Furnace installed by DS ************************************* On April ***** i contacted the company because the furnace stopped working. I was informed that the parts were guarantee for 10 years under that warranty. He doesn't want to honor the agreement, but charge me for them instead. I tried to contact him to discuss the matter further. He seems to refuse to talk with me.He hasn't returned my call. He was angry and refuse to provide the service we agreed on.

    I use him and his son and another random guy I even gave them water because it was a very hot day outside he charge me 375 for the job and told me wait three hours and my ac would be working fine I paid him thru **** he still have yet to give me a receipt for the work and on top of that my air was still doing the same thing it was doing befor I got them to fix it so I call him the very next day and at first he wasnt picking up So I text him then he told me to check a few things those things wasnt the problem then he said that Ill be back out there in the evening the day ended and I was trying and trying to reach out to him he never responded anymore he just took my money Im a hard working single black female I dont have money to just give out just rip me off its so ?? breaking I still dont have air and Im out of 375$!!!

     I apologize for the late response. I'm just seeing your review, I have a invoice for you where we performed a service for you that cost $375. You had a faulty air conditioning system which was not working due to a bad capacitor and a dirty condensing unit. We in turn cleaned your condenser and replaced the capacitor. Of course any cleaning by D's Air & Heating, **** gives you the

    D's Guarantee...After a D's Air & Heating, **** "Tune-Up" if your unit fails during this a/c / heating season we will return without charging you a service charge.

     

    On 05/13/2022

     You called and said it wasn't cooling correctly. We returned on 5/13/2024 and through troubleshooting found that the system was undercharged and you needed refrigerant as well as a sealant to maintain the system pressure once we add the refrigerant. We added the required refrigerant and added sealant to prevent the refrigerant from leaking out as long as the leak isn't too big. Then if there is a big leak, the sealant which we added has a UV dye, which we can easily find the leak if we have to return. You paid us an additional $594. If you are unhappy with any service which D's Air & Heating, **** performs you can always reach out to us and we will address any issues or concerns that you may be experiencing. As always we appreciate your business and look forward to working with you in the future.
