0 stars. My husband and I were shown a sectional with ottoman on the computer. Never got a chance to see or test the furniture and because my husband had a rapport with the owners we decided to trust that they will sell us quality merchandise. Upon the arrival of the furniture we were not satisfied with the quality of the couch and that it also came without the ottoman. After inquiry, we were told the ottoman would be an additional charge and quite frankly for the price we paid anything extra is definitely not worth it. We opened a loan account to finance the furniture but payments have not yet started on it. We tried to return the furniture because we were dissatisfied and now the store is refusing. We never signed any documents with the store regarding a return policy nor were we ever verbally made aware of a return policy. To make sure we checked the documents provided regarding the financing of the furniture and to our surprise saw that the documents had been signed for my husband(my husband or I never signed anything). These guys are not legit and their store is so raggedy and unkept

ZERO STARS!! Actually -5 if thats the scale. This company preys on the young and unknowledgeable to get them in horrible debt situations. Do not buy anything from here because they will bury you in paperwork that they text to you and give you cheap items for outrageous cost. The contract company West Creek is even shadier. Do not trust anyone in this place and do not sign anything your not sure of. If they tell no need to read the fine print run!!! I hope this response helps someone from getting taking advantage of like they did to a close family member of mine.
