Had an awful experience with Oberweis. Their communication is zero, the website is often broken & no one is available for support.

We frequently buy Oberweis chocolate milk and the past few times the milk has gotten bad before the expiration date. Today, 03/31/2023, I returned the chocolate milk because it got so disgustingly rotten way before its expiration date which is 04/01/2023. When I went to my Oberweis (the *********** one) after 9pm, I asked for the manager and when she came out I showed her the bottle. She accused me of buying that bottle of milk from a different Oberweis but I told her why would I go to a far away Oberweis when this one is just 2 mins away from my house. She then spoke to me in a very rude, humiliating, and discriminating way! She told me to take the $2 deposit for the empty bottle or leave the store. I asked her does she know how to properly talk to a customer and then I told her if it's because she is a white woman and I'*************** man that she's speaking to me in this tone. She didn't say anything more and I took my $2 and left the store. If this is the attitude of the manger, then who will come and buy from Oberweis?!!

First of all I'd like to say I'm a big fan of oberweis. I'm a frequent visitor. My visit tonight was definitely an exception. I place my usual order. A banana oil. No hot fudge chocolate syrup. No bananas. And a little extra ice cream to which I always say I'll be glad to pay for it. It never amounts to more than a few dollars. There's not much room in the container for there to be extra. When they told me the price almost $17 I was totally caught by surprise. When I drove up to the window I could not even talk to anyone because there was no one in the back area. A polite young lady came to the window opened it and said it would be again almost $17. I said don't you think that's a little excessive. She said yes I think it is. She asked me to wait while she checked. Another lady came out I'm imagine she was the shift manager or maybe even the manager. She told me yes it was almost $17. I said I just asked for a little bit extra ice cream. She said it was $2 extra per scoop per flavor. I expressed to her I thought that was a little excessive. She said I can't do anything about it. Now I know for a fact she could have because I've seen other people working to register that changed prices on things. Including me who they've charged a dollar or two for the extra ice cream. If I would have known this when I ordered it I wouldn't have ordered it. But there was no one at the window to Lodge my complaint with when I got there and it was already made before I could. I told her for the price I'm paying I could have just bought two. She gave no sympathy and just ring it up on my credit card. Now here's the best part. I didn't think three more scoops of ice cream could fit in the plastic packaging they put the banana Royale in. And to my surprise when I got home not only did it seem there wasn't any extra ice cream. It was actually smaller than just a regular banana Royale without any extra ice cream. It's not going to stop me from going to oberweis. Just from ordering my favor

Unacceptable and suspicious!!!!! I First off they never told me about the delivery charge increase. Then raised the price in milk. AND they are somehow still charging a card I havent had in 6+ months. Yet has no way to cancel other than calling??? CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.
