April 2022, had an appointment and consultation with amount for dental work to cap teeth/tooth, root canal, partial, and new upper denture, gingivitis cleaning. There was not insurance coverage according to the dentist and I paid $10,000 to complete work. The dental work is incomplete and Im not sure how much of the items quoted were completed. There were follow up appointments for fitting the partial and upper denture. The appointments I have for fittings never have fit. It seems that they are refusing to finish the work and I cannot get in touch with anyone by phone. I am a senior citizen who travels by bus and I am not entirely sure I was billed correctly. I feel like they may have scammed me and are physically incapable of completing the dental work. I have been back multiple times and each time they said they seem not to be able to fix the problem. I don't have dental coverage and I was told by the office nothing is covered and I would have to be charged a cash fee. I was also told the work would not be completed without paying, each time time in increments. I paid the 100% and I don't know what to do. I think they took advantage of me and I don't know what else to do? The work was partially completed so how do I get reimbursed for what wasn't completed and how can I prove it. I have supporting documents from the **** you were given. that is all the documentation I have. I can submit at a later time as the documents would have to be scanned.
