    On March 24, 2023, I visited ***** ****** of ************ dealership for the ****** miles maintenance, and I was presented with the option to extend my maintenance coverage. I agreed to this extension, and my payment of $53.82 was processed. Unfortunately, shortly after this, my vehicle was involved in an accident and was declared totaled by my insurance company.I promptly contacted ***** ****** of ************ to cancel the maintenance extension contract and stop the recurring payments. I visited your dealership in person, and my paperwork was taken with the assurance that I would receive assistance. However, no further communication was received from their end.Subsequently, I was charged twice for the maintenance extension, totaling $161.46, even though I had no opportunity to use this service due to the loss of my vehicle. My attempts to resolve this matter with your dealership were unfruitful.Upon further investigation, I discovered that Service Payment Plan *** (SPP) was the beneficiary of my payments. I contacted them to cancel the service extension contract and cease the charges to my credit card. SPP provided a Cancellation Request Form, which I promptly filled out and returned to them. As a result, recurring payments were canceled, and I received a check from ****** Financial Services (TMIS) for $251.87.However, I received a communication from ****** Financial Services stating that $137.54 of the refund check was meant to be issued to Service Payment Plan, and TMIS credited $137.54 on my behalf as if it were my due to SPP. This has resulted in an unexpected due of $137.54 to TMIS, which I need to resolve urgently.My attempts to seek a fair resolution to this matter and the reimbursement of the $161.46 I paid for a service that I never had the chance to use, from both SPP and TMIS have been unsuccessful, leaving me in a state of confusion about the nature of this due and the reimbursement I should receive..

    I purchased a ***** camaro in June of 2020 which I paid for in full & on Aug.21st my car arrived at dealership for pickup at which time i signed all papers & purchased an 18month Major bumper to bumper warranty i made every payment up until jan 2022 when my bank account was closed. I called SPP & told them my situation.. my last payment was supposed to be on jan 20,2022 instead they cancelled my policy on 1-16-22 . I was not informed of the cancellation until I received a letter from Ally auto saying I was being refunded ******* I called to see what happened & they had sent my refund to SPP to disperse to me after all I owed was taken out. Which was last payment of warranty of ****** they informed me that a check for ****** was mailed on 2/21/22 & said there was a deposit made into the bank on that same day for the balance of ******* , the same account that I called in jan & told them was closed. The bank returned the ******* to SPP ..SPP told me that there will be a check sent minus 3 payments that were still owed. (NOT TRUE) aug2020_jan2022 is 18 months so they took ****** instead of ****** & then proceed to tell me that I was paid in full to a closed account .. I have contacted the bank many times & the $ was denied into the closed account on 2-23-22 & sent back to SPP . Who claim that they never received it back from the bank.. so out of ******* I have received ****** & after a month of calling them talking to Management 3 times & getting hung up on twice. I was told there is nothing they can do that they dont have my ********* not issuing me a check. Which at 1st I was told I would have the balance in **** days I have yet to hear any response from anyone about this matter & was not even going to dispute the extra $$ they kept at this point as long as they gave me what they owed me. I have received *********** will not let this go until I get my refund. ******* the manager hung up on me 3 days ago say the matter was over. & the bank was on the phone with me .

    I have a call in to ******************** to further discuss. A refund was issued back to the debit card on file and the bank has not returned the funds to SPP.
