              Royal Construction was contracted to replace 7 steel lintels in a masonry wall. Workmanship of subcontractors was fair. Royal's operator was duplicitous when scoping the job; he considered a single 3-lite window as having 3 lintels, where clearly only a single steel angle was needed - resulting in a scope reduction which was significantly advantageous to the contractor. Royal Construction failed to install caulking between new lintels and existing window flashing, and while erroneously insisting that it "wasn't necessary", promised to return to complete the caulking. Following payment in full of contractor's invoice, he never made arrangements to complete the caulking despite repeated requests. Contractor's agreements and job specifications were vague and misleading, and not because of a lack of experience.

              Royal Construction is a riip off. Does anyone notice that ****************** and ****** D put up their comment on the exact same day? Is this a coincidence? Or phony reviews. I think the latter. DM me and find out how they ripped me off.
