The company was hired to install a new roof on my home. The work was completed on November 21, 2021. During the sales process, I was told that upon completion, I would be given photos of the newly completed roof. I also spoke with the ******* the day of the install to confirm that photos would be taken. Upon receiving my paid in full receipt and warranty paperwork, there were no photos included. I emailed the company about this but didn't get a response. I also called to ask where the pictures were, showing the completion of the work performed. I was given the run around and no one ever responded to my requests. Finally, I sent an email stating my frustration and requesting a partial refund after getting photos from a contractor who was doing work on my chimney. It was then that I saw that the dormer was not done with the rest of the roof. The dormer is the same as it was the summer of 2021. Part of the roof is the material/color I chose during the sales process and the dormer is the material/color from the prior contractor.This has all been expressed and explained in emails, all things considered, I appreciate having things in writing. My initial emails were with ******************* from the company and later received an email from ***** Diamond. This has all transpired over the 2021/2022 winter, however, I was told that once the weather was better, all would be "rectified" concerning my roof project. This was in late February. No one has reached out to me to make this right so I contacted the company again April 19th. No one has reached out to me via email yet. This process has not been satisfactory at all. I would prefer a partial refund rather than having the work finally completed. The company hasn't been responsive or forthcoming thus far... Trust has been broken!
