I signed an invoice on June 6, 2023. He wouldn't give me a copy or business card or contract. I got a copy of the invoice on Sept. 17,2023. Barely readable as he scribbled all over both sides. He was suppose to talk to me about new railings for the stoop. He didn't. My railings do not fit the new stoop. After the driveway was removed, he demanded $14,000 because he didn't have any money to purchase the cement. So he wanted a blank check and the names of banks I deal with. He got his money, not right away but in 2 installments. One day he faked either a heart attack or fainting spell. I told him to go home. He came back and told me he went to ********* and got a pill. He brought lunch for his workers, which included a case of ***** Light, which they all were drinking on my property. He left it in my garage and later replaced it with another. The sidewalk next to the garage is not level with the pavers on the other side of the gate, it's about 2 inches higher. He told me it was up to me to get it fixed. The 2 inspectors agreed. He would not remove the curb on the driveway apron, which h didn't tell me in the beginning. He said the Village Code changed. A different type of removal is now required and now I couldn't afford it because I added the sidewalk along the garage. One of the inspectors told me the guy just didn't want to pay the extra money for whatever kinds of paperwork he had to provide the village. He put a border and a pattern of some sort on the driveway, which I didn't ask for. The driveway isn't level with the garage entrance. He would only communicate with me via text. One of them said "Text me in bed. "His workers damaged the landscaping border in front of the house. One of them left cement footprints on the flower bed in front of my windows. They left the hose running in the backyard without telling me. Yes I was discriminated against. I am a 72-year-old single female. I have had 12 orthopedic in the past 30 years. My house is no longer safe for me.
