              On 10/26/2022 I placed order number ***** with Custom USB. I paid the order in full at that time in the amount of $1,775.24. After the proof was okayed, my credit card was charged on October 28th for the full amount. It cleared my credit card on October 31, 2022. On 11/07/2022 they sent invoice number ******. I contacted them at ************ to let them know I had already paid in full and that it cleared my card on October 31, 2022. I did not document the gentlemens name I spoke with as I assumed it was sent in error and he would straighten their accounting department out. Then on 02/17/2023 I received another invoice ****** saying I owed on the order. They sent different invoice numbers for the order number *****. Again, I have a credit card statement showing this order number has been paid, but yet they continue to try to bill me. Very shady! I want them to acknowledge the order has been paid in full, marked as paid in full, and to stop trying to fleece me for more money.
