I purchased a pair of compression stockings after suffering from a blood clot in my leg, as recommended by my doctor. I paid extra for RUSH 2-5 day (NOT business day) shipping because I was flying home from visiting my daughter and needed the stockings for the plane flight. Package didn't arrive on time. Customer service was very rude and refused to refund the $9.95 shipping charge. Their shipping policies are not the same as what you see when you go to place an order, which is misleading. The shipping policy page says RUSH shipping is 3-6 BUSINESS days, not 2-5 days as it appears when you go to place an order. That's a huge difference! I told them they should thank me for pointing out the discrepancies and misleading information so they can fix the problem and not confuse future customers. Unfortunately it's too late for me and they have lost me as a customer.Review from John L

I recently bought two pairs of the Activa CoolMax compression socks via their website. I paid $56.18, including shipping of $10.99. I ordered a size large using their size chart, which did not include a calculation for shoe size. When I received the socks, I tried on the white pair and found that they could barely fit over my feet and were extremely tight. When I inquired about returning them, I found out that I would only get less than half of what I paid after their 25% order processing charge ( $11.30) and paying the return shipping of $10.75 for both pairs. A total possible refund of $22.05. But wait! I tried on one pair and, even though I washed, them it appears they'll just write them off and refund me nothing since theyve been worn. So the best I can hope for is maybe $11.00 after the additional $6 for shipping the unworn socks back to them. Of course this doesnt account for the time Ive wasted emailing back and forth with their customer disservice rep trying to understand their draconian return policies or writing this review for that matter.Since I followed their size chart exactly after measuring my ankle, calves, thigh, etc., these socks should have been relatively easy to put on. Ive been wearing compression socks for over a year now and Im familiar with how tight they are. But these fit like they were made for a child, not a grown man with size 13 shoes. Oh, but their size chart doesnt take that shoe size measurement into account. So, Im out the $56.18 and have wasted at least a couple of hours trying to get a refund, only to find its not worth the time and effort to send them back for a measly $11.00.Review from Theo C

I sure wish I would have read these comments before I ordered a knee brace from this company. I received the brace a few days ago, and it was way small. I measured my leg and ordered the recommended medium size. I reviewed the return process and sent an email to them that I needed to return it and didnt want to be charged restocking fees or postage. Here is their replyCustomers are responsible for shipping costs of a return, we do not provide labels. The size charts are provided by their manufacturers with their best recommendation for sizing but every item fits people differently, we do not provide return labels because an item does not fit but we do allow for an exchange. Please let me know which size you would like to exchange for and I will send you a return authorization with instructions for sending the items back to us.Im not paying a 25% restocking fee and postage, and I had a Pharmacist measure my leg and he recommended the medium size. I bought one from them and it worked great. I have no idea what size to order, if I did reorder from the compression sale company.Review from Jennifer K

THE WORST! BUYER BEWARE!!I MEASURED MY ANKLE AND CALF AND ORDERED THE CORRECT SIZE. I RECEIVED THE CORRECT SIZE, BUT THEY WERE TOO SMALL. I CALLED AND GOT MY RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE AND SENT THEM BACK. WELL I GOT AN EMAIL STATING THEY'VE RECEIVED THEM AND I OWE MONEY FOR THE EXCHANGE. COMPLETE BULLCRAP. I PAID TO SEND THEM BACK AND I HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE THEM SHIPPED TO ME??? I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! AND IF YOU DO, YOU WERE WARNED!!Review from Diane G

This company has the worst customer service! You can only reach a manager by email and the people they hire to answer your questions over the phone are rude. This company sent me the wrong item and when I spent SH/H to return it, they refused to ship it back to me for free. The item in question was going to cost me $12 more dollars than what I originally paid. I know that doesn't seem like much, but I'm on a fixed income and the reason I shopped their company was for the discount. Some discount!! Stay far away from this company!!Review from Joyce L.

I have ordered leg wrap and foot compression socks for my legs I ordered them March 3'rd and first order they told me they was sent by ***** and it was delivered but it wasn't. I threaten them by telling them send me a replacement or put my money back on my card few days later I get 2 leg liners that go with my leg piece . Here it is almost end of March still haven't gotten my leg piece they keep telling me it's on back order for 2 weeks. It's been 2 weeks no leg piece yet. They stopped replying to my emails. This c*** cost me $118. This place needs to be shut down ??????. I'm poor and being scammed and told it's going to be sent is getting old please hello us with this matter.Review from Elizabeth K

Buyer beware.. this company is all about the money. Once they get your money you are not getting it back no matter what the reason. No one from management will speak to any customers. They are not at all customer friendly. I purchased two knee support sleeves. They sent them to me six weeks after my order date. They were unopened. They Refused to give me a refund. I had to pay to send them back and I have to pay to have a different size shipped to me. They continue to just take your money and not provide any type of refund. They refused to communicate with any customers. The staff that do speak with customers have limited to no ability to assist, and they too can be very difficult to work with! These people are scammers. I requested a juzzo size 5 beige. They sent me black size 3. I returned them in December and have called the 3 times to get my roughly $138 back. Every time I call I am told the person that handles refunds is not in and will in tomorrow. I want my money back on my charge card and stop sending me adds when you wont fix the current issue. And on the chat I was told there are no returns. I told chat you didnt send me what I wanted so you dont have the option to tell me no. Biggest thieves on earth.Review from jeanne g

Worst customer service. Had a shipping problem that ended up being their fault and they treated me like I was trying to steal from them. Got my shipping money back in the long run but it was a major hassle for me getting there. Told them I would not do business with them again and they could have cared less.Review from Julie K

CompressionSale.com has terrible customer service. I ordered a product and was not told it was on back order right away. Once I was notified it was on back order, I called customer service to switch it out for an item that was in stock. They were very nice at that time and said they would do it. Two weeks later I received the original item in the mail, with no notice of shipping, not the one that they said they would switch it out for. I contacted them by phone to rectify the issue and was hung up on. I contacted them by email on their website and received no response. Buyer Beware!
