This a a VERY AWEFUL BUSINESS WITH BAD PRODUCT AND SERVICES . . THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED. I WANT MY REFUND BACK .. NONE OF MY ROSES HAVE HAD SUCCESS .. ALL WERE DEAD ON ARRIVAL ..

My order was delayed due to a credit card change. I called, clarified and was assured of delivery. No delivery. I called again to check why and they acknowledged we fixed the problem. Then they cancelled the order. I said great Ill order elsewhere. They said thanks. No attempt to save a customer or fix the problem. Unbelievable.

I bought 12 roses, once month later only one of them was still alive. (If I would shop somewhere else, I would have problems with one out of 12) total waste of money, they all had stem cancer

SCAM! I ordered 2 citrus trees in February, with promised ship dates in April. I was charged and the funds cleared my account. With less than 2 weeks left in the month, I followed up to get tracking information on my order. After several calls adding up to hours of hold times, I was told my order was canceled and that I would receive a refund for my over $100 order. I asked why the order was canceled, and was told due to not being able to process the payment (which I made thru PayPal). This clearly didnt make sense, since they said they will be refunding me. They quickly changed the story and said it was because they sold out & were now out of stock. They said I could reorder the citrus trees online & repay, when they were available again, but the cost of each tree increased $30 a piece. **************** representative acted very strange and was ****** empathetic and too willing to take my CC info over the phone, when I havent even received the original refund yet. This company appears to be a SCAM. The whole experience doesnt sit right with me. I hope I see my refund. I ADVISE BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible customer service. ********************* was a huge disappointment. It didnt grow and looked nothing like the ****** roses in *******. I have over 18 other roses and all do well. I paid alot of money and invested alot.of time on this rose. It is a waste of money. **************** did not do anything or offer any help. I think they knew it was a terrible plant.

Most of the plants I ordered died. They do not refund money. When I asked for a copy of the invoice from my first order, they never sent it. They have poor customer service and poor quality of plants. A couple of the plants lasted one season then died including at the root level - they were NOT dormant. Two plants basically arrived dead. It is my fault I ordered a second time and I surely will never order from them again.

I will never buy a rose again from Jackson and Perkins. I have been disappointed in the past but thought I would give them another try with a tree rose. Although it was to be disease resistant, it has been riddled with black spot fungus to the point it cant keep the leaves on, in spite of using ********* I contacted costumer service twice with no satisfaction or offer to replace. Just gave me excuses why roses lose their leaves.

I had 2 different orders in February 2021, for $389.74 for mostly roses and Hydrangeas, with an average prices of $28.95 per plant, these were the worst rose plants ever, they bloomed once, the Hydrangeas never blossomed, calling their customer service , no one answers, since you cannot speak to anyone. Sending emails you get no response. For the record, I followed the instructions on planting making sure the soil content was ideal. My second order for $ $44.85 never came, again calling or sending emails no one responded. For the record the order numbers are WEBJP4183520 and WEBJP4183740. Please do not do any business with this company, in my opinion they are a complete ripoff. I would give them one star, and if it was possible I would give them less than one star.

I bought the Lagerfeld Grandiflora Rose. I planted it and to my dismay, I noticed that the new growth just didn't look right (the plant was reddish green and extremely thorny). Sure enough when the roses bloomed they were deformed. I contacted the company several times and sent photos; they refused to replace or refund. Discarded this awful plant (waste of time and money). Buyer beware.

The company is a scam. I bought 3 plants at nearly $25 each. They did not even have free shipping. So I paid for the shipping. The shipping price depended on how much you spent. If you spend more money you ended up paying more for shipping. At the end, what I got were 3 half-dead twigs, and after reading all the reviews, it looks like I will never get a refund or replacement plants from them. I hate this company. In the end they scammed me for about $90.
