This company contacted me regarding an elderly family member without context of why they were calling, or how they received my contact information. When questioned on the meaning of their call, the customer service representative, began raising his voice and telling me that without provision of a durable power of attorney to this company, that they could not discuss the reasoning for the business contact whatsoever. While I have a POA for this family member, that documentation is only required in very certain circumstances and has no effect on the *** telling me the name of their business or the nature of their call. I asked to have my phone number removed from their call list as well as my family members name and information as a protected elderly adult. The *** again began to raise their voice and speak over me while I requested this information, and I was directed to a supervisor. Only once I was connected to the supervisor was I able to glean the name of the company, however, they would still not tell me the nature of the call or how they received the informationregarding my family member and my phone number. I believe this company may be involved with an unlawful data farming group or m, and highly recommend any contact from them be reported to the Better Business Bureau as the mismanagement of customer relations and information is incredibly suspicious. Research revealed that this is a debt collection company, however, the family member in question has no outstanding debts on which collections may be garnered.

This company keeps texting me to collect a debt that Im not aware of. I dont have any outstanding debt and have no idea how they got number. I keep reporting them as junk but still continues to text. No emails, no calls, no actual mail sent to me so, this has to be nothing but a scam and harassment. Get your records straight!!

This company keeps harrassing me. Stating debt is owed but cannot tell me where debt originates from. Words of wisdom, do not give out your information to these people. They will call and text you nonstop. If you try to ask any questions they refuse to answer them. For all I know, this is some scam debt collections agency that is trying to steal information.

I received a text message from them asking me to click a link to pay a outstanding debt. I do not have any outstanding debts that I am not currently paying. My credit score is very good and I do not wish to be contacted.

I keep getting contacted from numbers saything that they're with Glass mountain capital LLC and they provide a link to a pay my debt website. But I do not have any debts and wish to stop getting contacted.

I keep getting these text messages from Glass Mountain Capital, LLC, with a call back phone number and website that requests I make a payment. I'm definitely not clear of debt, personally, but I do not know who these people are or why they are continuing to text me. I have not received any other type of correspondence from these people; not **** mail, email, or a phone call. And I do not wish to continue to be contacted.

During covid19 pandemic we fell behind in our finances. We contacted a debt consolidation company and started the process. The debt of a credit card was turned over to the debt consolidation company and the credit card company were made aware. The credit card company then sold the debt to Glass Mountain Capital LLC. When GMC contacted **. We informed them with the same information about the debt consolidation services. They were contacted by the debt consolidation company afterwards also. Today I received a small claims complaint from local county court. They should be dealing with attorney from debt consolidation service company but instead went to the court knowing they're trying to be sneaky. Court will be made aware Monday.

I have been getting text messages from them saying they have been trying to reach me. First of all I never got any calls from them so I know this has to be fake. I dont trust any company that text me and say they have been trying to reach me but obviously they havent cause I never got any call from them.

I keep getting phone calls from 1-***-***-***5. Who are you and why are you calling, they never leave messages. Yesterday they also called from a spoofed local number!
