            On February 4th, 2023 I took my car - ****** Forester 2020 to get a car was from snappy car wash. The workers took out my WeatherTech custom made floor mats to clean. Upon taking my car and coming home, I noticed that the floor mats were taken and replaced by a different manufacturer, floor mats did not fit my car. These floor mats were likely for a different car. My custom made floor mats are $204.90 I called Snappy car was right away, and talked to someone who took down my information and promised the manager would call me back.From February 4th I called snappy car wash daily. Most times the calls went to voice mail. Other times the person promised that I will get a call back from the manager.February 20th, I called again. I was told the manager will call me back within 5 minutes. No one called back. I called back multiple times- each time the call goes to voice mail. I would like for Snappy to either return my floor mats or reimburse me for $204.90

            This *** is the manager of the place. The worst person I have ever met. I am pregnant. He insult me because I paid extra to get the third road of my car cleaned which they didnt, and when I went to tell him and because the business was busy he got into my car without my authorization and park my car outside of the business with the key inside and I didnt even know where he took it. I asked him why was he doing that? He was also yelling at everybody. My car was not clean, he was super rude that I even told him I was going to call the police. So please be aware of him and the way he treats clients and employees, there is also a scratch in one of the doors of my car because of the way he drove it.
