On Monday, August 22, 2022, ****** from Electro Bond Finishing arrived around 8am to reglaze our bathtub. He appeared to be under some type of substance abuse and quickly performed the service and did a poor job. Once the product was completely dry there were inconsistencies with the application of the product causing the bathtub surface to feel rough and uneven. Somehow, he even got the reglazing product on our walls. We called the company for corrections to be made and they sent ****** out to our home again on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. This resulted in a horrendous repair job. There appeared to be hair drying in the reglazing product. I can only hope it was the bristles from the paint brush rather than hair. There were pockets of the tub bubbling causing the reglazing to peel as water was caught underneath. I reached out to ***************************, the Service Manager and she immediately responded with excuses for ******* poor workmanship and offered to send him back out a third time to repair. We refused, not willing to risk a third disaster nor did they have a different technician to send. She asked for an email of pictures, which we sent to her and never received a response. The tub has gotten worse and we want a full refund of the cash amount we paid of $626.50.The poor workmanship of the technician and the nonchalant excuses made by the service manager show me this business does not value their customers.

So disappointing. Unable to complete the master tub reglazing job. COMPLETELY RUINED our brand new marble flooring using a metal putty knife. They did refund what we paid for the job they were unable to properly complete, but now having to pay $1k to fix the marble flooring. USE AARCO REFINISHING. THEY GOT THE *** DONE BEAUTIFULLY! THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! They corrected all of the mess that Electro Bond made of the tub!!!!!! They claim to have some EXAGGERATED number of years of experience, but that is a COMPLETE HOAX. ************************* daughter was very polite, but their techs & the rest of the place are JOKES. Cost us $3k to correct & fix the marble tile flooring AND the tub.

There was a refinisher who did work prior to our technicians. The customer has accused ************** of using a metal putty knife and scraping far away from the tub. My technicians have more than 30 years of experience - EACH, and are not stupid. We have learned not to try and help someone who has been screwed over by a previous person. We discounted the price, did the job but needed a service call to finish, and spent a lot of time and money on this project only to be accused of damage that we did not cause. We even tried to repair the damage done by someone else. It became totally apparent that this customer was not going to be happy with our work because they believed we did the damage. Let me say again, we did NOT cause the damage to the floor. We felt it would be best to take the financial loss on the job and refund their entire amount paid to us. We believed that would be the end of it but apparently it has become a smear campaign.
