On January 31st 2023 I went to ********** Repair to get my car fixed for overheating and coolant leak problems. I dropped it off and **** told me he would give me a call back when he looks at it so he could tell me what I need to get it fixed and how much it would cost. He called me back and told me I need a new radiator hose and all together the Hose and Labor would be $1,100. I told him ok and gave him the ok to do the Job, after 2-3 days he told me the work was done and my car was ready to pick. I went to pick it up and they told me I dont need to put antifreeze in it and that it doesnt leak or over heat anymore. I drove 8 minutes away to my home and it started to over heat and leak again so I called them and told them that it was over heating and leaking again. He said to bring the car back the next morning because they were about to close and wont be able to look at it, so I brung it the next day so they could see what the problem was, I showed them the leak under the car **** told me that it was Mud(which it wasnt). He once again told me that he would give me a call when he find the problem, after a couple days I called them for a update and **** told me that I would need a new engine for my car but I never had a problem with my engine and when he did my diagnostic on the car he didnt bring up a problem with the engine only that I needed a new Radiator hose. He told me that the engine would be $4,600 I told him that I didnt want the engine done. I went back up to the shop on February 9th to pick up my car and I told **** that I want a refund for the incomplete job he did for the Leak and overheating. He told me he wouldnt not refund me, I also asked him why didnt he tell it was a problem with my engine during the first diagnostic he said he didnt see a problem. Now my car cant move but it was moving before I brung it back for the 2nd look so I feel like they damaged my engine as well.
