Zero stars for this piece of garbage place!!! They are not honest people !!! I'm hearing impaired and they are not disability friendly! I swear to God that I will never go back to this place ever again! They are just taking your money , when you have a problem they just point at another auto shop saying it's their fault. Run around back and forth several times! I took my truck to Ingleside Auto to get 4 new tires. I felt some vibration on my truck while accelerating. My truck has a warranty. I went to a **** dealer they had an engineer come out to look and find there's no problems with anything , Checked drive shafts and u joints etc anything that can cause vibration. The warranty didn't cover as nothing went wrong. They took off another set of tires from another truck at the dealership.exactly like my truck to test it. They charged me for their time to find the problem costing me $652.00. I drove it the vibration was gone. The dealership told me to go back where I got the tires. I went back to the Ingleside automotive tire place and they would look at it. They misdiagnosed ,they said it is missing on 3 of my cylinders that cause the vibration. I thought it would be under warranty. I take it back to **** they find nothing that was wrong. went back to Ingleside tire they said they will order another 4 new tires.I asked if u mean exact the same ? They said yes so I told them it would give me the same problems I asked why they can't give me a different set of tires they said they have the right tires for my truck. I'm getting the same tires. I go back they put another 4 newer same tires. Vibration is still there. Then they took it on the lift looked into the gear box on the rear stuck to the magnet. Ingleside tire place got me to go back to the dealership and they said they will take the cover off and check if there's nothing wrong and warranty will not cover if there is nothing wrong I pay another ****** totaled ****** got new tires and its gone.
