So I ordered a painted fender for my vehicle from this company. It had been, what I consider, a very long time. I have little to no communication with anyone at this company. I noticed right away that I received no tracking information that made any sense or updates. They of course, after several attempts to call and me sending emails, sent me a non existent tracking number. Their email said my part was in the paint department and then would need to dry for 6-12 business days. That time has come and gone. Their business name does not match their online profile either. They only respond with ambiguous emails with zero identifying information contained within it. Feeling like my money was taken by a scam. Please do better research than I did on this company. I was on ****** Chrome as my search engine and apparently the algorithm put this company first for a painted part. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.Review from Moez E

Bad customer service, took my payment generate their own tracking number that never exist cant find my package its been 20 days, they send from **** and **** never find my package by their tracking number, their is a rude person cant pronounce his name ***** or something else always have attitude cant give right answer about my package or tracking number. That's a bad business in the society or city or state that people order from all over the state from their website that they advertise in *********Review from Arik S

Wishing I had read reviews before I made a purchase on a painted fender for my truck. I had a similar experience as it looks like many have faced by this company. I waited several months for my product to arrive which vastly delayed my project. Once I finally received the fender it was the wrong color! Even after I had clearly typed in the paint code directly off my vehicle. Communication is awful and they just keep passing you around until you realize weeks have gone by in the process. Also good luck connecting to anyone via Phone, leaving a VM is a waste of time, and emails are hit or miss. The whole process is pure frustration and would advise using another company even if its a few hundred more in the price. I have messaged seller several times for a refund as was promised by their claims department for incorrect paint color, and received no replies. I would avoid purchasing from this company due to poor quality & zero customer service.Review from ER E

F- parts came broken left outside my garage no signature. The paint color doesn't match and has runs. Emails and phone calls are not returned. Total scam I know now why they do not take ***************** Should have looked here first.Review from Riley M

**************** representative is extremely rude and unprofessional. **** up on me while I was talking explaining that i attempted to call them 4 time and ***** answered on the day I was picking up my order to see if anyone would be there when i arrived as it was getting close to 5.. I arrived at *************************************** ***** was there, though she was still there....?She confirmed their hours are 8am -5 pm. Had I known they were going to close early *before 5* I wouldn't have attempted to make the 2 hour drive.Front desk receptionist is extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate...Once I got home I emailed them about the situation and have gotten no response. Terrible customer service all around.Don't suggest this location in location ********* hopefully the others are better.Review from David M

Shipments of damaged merchandise are made by them. I bought a new hood for a 2014 ***** CX5. I used my vehicle's VIN. I live in ************, ************. This poor excuse of a company shipped the replacement part without packing materials. The hood was damaged. I called and filed a complaint. Received a claim number and was instructed to submit pictures. I have contacted the company to request a refund. They won't even respond. The best thing that this company could be referred to is "professional thieves."Review from Darin M

Still waiting for my part after 2 full weeks. A **** ticket was created but never delivered to ****. After 10 days they have stopped responding to my emails. I will NEVER do business with them again. Horrible customer service, misleading information, product paid for but not received. Buyer beware!
