I have a 2020 ram ************************** the Bosch cp4 pump recall. VIN: ***************** I have brought the truck to 3 different ram dealers. None of them have even ordered the recalled pump. The last dealer promised the pump and after leaving the truck there for days they said the wrong pump was sent. I am now filing a complaint against Bosch regarding the re called fuel pump. I contacted Bosch corporate office on March 24 2022 regarding this. I explained Ive exhausted multiple options for months with dodge with no success. At first they seemed very helpful sending me to the tech support/warranty line. After calling the provided number I got a call back very quickly. They stated that it all has to go through the dealer. Which was of no help. I explain Ive brought the truck to multiple dealers and the pump order has not even been created. I call corporate back and they tell me the only line with Bosch that can help is warranty/tech support. Warranty and tech support just tell me I have to go through the dealer. There is no resolution given by anybody. It has been well over 4 months since the recall and Ive spent countless hours on this. People that were affected by the same recall have seen repair bills over $40,000 due to the damage from the Bosch cp4. I explained Ill be filing a bbb complaint and a class action if this is not resolved and the receptionist answer was ok
