            Our company placed an order online on 2/20/24 for a total of S113.72. Order # *******. We were told by Autoplicity's customer service department to send them a copy of our sales tax resale certificate and they would refund us the sales tax on the order since the parts were for resale on equipment we service. The sales tax certificate was sent on 2/20/24. The amount of the sales tax was $ 8.78. Since the 2/20/24 order, we have sent numerous emails checking on the refund (dated 3/6/24, 3/11/24, and 3/21/24. We have also tried to call, but just sit on hold for 30 minutes and give up. If anyone can help us resolve this issue and get our refund, it would be appreciated!

            Zero star company I ordered a product through Amazon, it was on sale for 30% off. apparently their mistake. So they sent me a completely different item knowing I would return it and then refused to ship the correct item. Truly a worthless company and should not be allowed to sell on Amazon.
